Orders & Payment

Full payment is required in advance to confirm your order.

We accept online payments through the payment methods available on our website.

Cash on Delivery is not available.

Orders are confirmed only once payment has been successfully completed.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are made-to-order and prepared within 15–20 business days from order confirmation.

Delivery charges apply and vary depending on the delivery location.

UAE Shipping:

Orders are delivered within 1–3 business days after dispatch. Once the order is out for delivery, the courier may contact the client directly to coordinate delivery.

International Shipping:

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, courier service, customs clearance, and any import procedures required by the destination country. The courier may contact the client directly to coordinate delivery when applicable.

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate when placing your order. Corals Dubai is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance procedures, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Return & Refund Policy 

All sales are final. Cancellations, returns, or refunds are not permitted once payment has been made.

Exceptions apply only in cases where the item received is damaged or the incorrect item was delivered. Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, accompanied by clear photos as proof.

Custom-made designs and personalized orders are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

If a return request is approved, the item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Alterations Policy

Alteration services are available with additional charges depending on the requested adjustment.

Clients are responsible for courier fees related to the pickup and redelivery of altered items.

Please ensure that all measurements and sizing details are accurate when placing your order.

Alterations are limited to reducing the abaya’s length or width only. Enlargements and major design modifications are not possible.

Product Variations

Minor variations in color may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, fabric texture, and material composition.

Actual product colors may appear differently depending on the fabric or material type used, as each fabric absorbs and reflects dyes and light differently.

Color swatches shown on the website are provided as a visual guide only and may not represent the exact final shade of the product, as the same color can appear slightly different across different fabrics or material types.

Handmade, made-to-order, and customized items may have slight natural variations, making each piece unique.
