Refund policy
All sales are final. Cancellations, returns, or refunds are not permitted once payment has been made.
Exceptions apply only in cases where the item received is damaged or the incorrect item was delivered. Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, accompanied by clear photos as proof.
Custom-made designs and personalized orders are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
If a return request is approved, the item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition and packaging.
